Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

We handle every batch carefully and package our honey in small regional runs. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a delivery issue, contact us and we’ll work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged during shipment, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

 

Include:

  • your order number

  • photos of the damaged item

  • photos of the shipping box and packaging

 

Approved damage claims may qualify for:

  • replacement product

  • store credit

  • refund at our discretion

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We may request photos of:

  • the product received

  • packaging labels

  • packing slip if included

 

Once confirmed, we will arrange:

  • replacement shipment

  • store credit

  • refund if replacement inventory is unavailable

Delivery Issues

Please ensure shipping addresses are entered correctly at checkout.

The Get Me Hive is not responsible for:

  • delays caused by carriers

  • stolen packages after confirmed delivery

  • incorrect shipping information entered by the customer

 

If a package is returned due to address errors, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Food Product Policy

Due to food safety standards, opened honey products cannot be returned.

We do not accept returns for:

  • opened jars

  • used products

  • flavor preference

  • natural crystallization

 

Raw honey naturally varies by:

  • color

  • aroma

  • texture

  • floral intensity

  • crystallization rate

 

These seasonal variations are normal characteristics of minimally handled raw honey.

Natural Crystallization

Raw honey may naturally crystallize over time. This is a normal process and does not indicate spoilage or quality issues.

 

To reliquefy:

  • place the jar in warm water below 110°F

  • stir occasionally

  • do not microwave

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are reviewed case-by-case.

 

Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within several business days after review.

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from:

  • shipment damage

  • fulfillment error

  • incorrect product shipment
